プライバシーポリシー — Teleo

• 作成または読み込んだスクリプトはアプリのローカルストレージに保存されます。
• 録画した動画はローカルに書き込まれ、録画時のみ「写真」ライブラリに保存されます。Teleo は「写真」への追加専用アクセスを要求します — 既存の写真は読み取れません。
• 音声認識（VoiceTrack）は Apple の Speech フレームワークを使い、朗読に合わせてスクリプトをスクロールします。認識は完全に端末内で実行されます（requiresOnDeviceRecognition）。音声や書き起こしは端末から出ることは決してなく、当社や第三者に保存・送信されることはありません。第三者の AI サービスは使用しません。
• カメラとマイクは録画中のみ、映像と音声の取り込みに使用します。バックグラウンドではアクセスしません。

Teleo は任意のアプリ内課金を提供します：買い切り（Teleo Premium / Lifetime）と自動更新サブスクリプション（Teleo Pro）です。これらにより、より高い録画品質、動画フォーマットのオプション、透かしの削除などの追加機能がアンロックされます。すべての購入とサブスクリプションは Apple が App Store を通じて処理し、自動更新サブスクリプションはキャンセルされるまで Apple アカウントを通じて更新されます。Teleo は支払い情報を一切参照しません。権利は Apple（StoreKit）が管理し、Teleo は購入またはサブスクリプションが有効かどうかを確認するだけです。

Purchases made on teleo.studio are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Stanum LLC is the seller and Merchant of Record for those orders: we issue the receipt, answer payment-related inquiries and process refunds. To carry out the payment, Stripe collects your billing data (name, email, country, payment details) as its own controller — see https://stripe.com/privacy and https://stripe.com/legal/end-users. We receive from Stripe only your email, country, currency, amount, plan and subscription status, in order to confirm your purchase and keep records. We never see or store your card details.

Teleo はアプリの利用状況の把握とクラッシュの検出・修正のために Google Firebase（Analytics と Crashlytics）を使用しています。これにより Teleo を改善します。Firebase を通じて以下を収集する場合があります：

• 利用データ — プロンプターを開く、録画を開始する、アップグレード画面の表示、購入の完了などの匿名かつ集計された事象。スクリプトや動画の内容は記録しません。
• 端末と診断データ — 端末モデル、OS バージョン、アプリのバージョン、おおまかな地域、インストール単位の識別子（Firebase installation ID / device vendor identifier）、およびクラッシュログ／診断情報。

これらのデータは分析プロバイダーとして Google が処理します。広告識別子（IDFA）は使用せず、広告を表示せず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングも行いません。そのため App Tracking Transparency のダイアログは不要です。Google のプライバシー条項：https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy · https://policies.google.com/privacy。

分析は iOS の設定から該当する場合に無効化することで制限できます。アプリの機能はそのまま利用できます。

Teleo は一般向けで、児童を特定する個人情報を意図的に収集しません。分析とクラッシュデータは匿名かつ集計されており、アプリの運用と改善のみに使用します。

カメラ、マイク、音声認識、写真の権限は iOS の設定 → Teleo からいつでも変更できます。権限を無効にすると、録画や VoiceTrack が制限される場合があります。

Stanum LLC, trading as Teleo, is the data controller for personal data processed through the Teleo app and the teleo.studio website. Contact: projects@stanum.us.

• Legal basis — performance of our contract with you (providing the app, purchases and support); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the app); your consent where required (analytics, where local law requires it); and legal obligations (tax, accounting and record-keeping).
• Retention — anonymous analytics and crash data: up to 14 months; purchase, subscription and invoicing records: as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 10 years); support correspondence: up to 24 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
• Who we share with — Google (Firebase analytics and crash reporting), Stripe (payment processing for purchases made on teleo.studio), Apple (purchases made inside the App Store), our hosting and email providers, professional advisers (legal, accounting), and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
• International transfers — our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EEA, UK and USA, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
• Your rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to projects@stanum.us; we reply within one month.
• Security — we use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access control and data minimisation.
