隐私政策 — Teleo

• 你创建或导入的脚本保存在应用本地存储中。
• 录制的视频写入本地，仅在你录制时保存到「照片」。Teleo 仅请求「照片」的只写权限——无法读取你已有的照片。
• 语音识别（VoiceTrack）使用 Apple 的 Speech 框架，根据朗读节奏滚动文本。识别完全在你的设备上运行（requiresOnDeviceRecognition）；音频与转写绝不离开你的设备，不会被我们或任何第三方存储或传输。不使用任何第三方 AI 服务。
• 摄像头与麦克风仅在录制时使用，以采集视频与音频。Teleo 不会在后台访问。

Teleo 提供可选的应用内购买：一次性购买（Teleo Premium / Lifetime）和自动续订订阅（Teleo Pro）。它们可解锁附加功能，如更高录制质量、视频格式选项以及去除视频水印。所有购买和订阅均由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理，自动续订订阅会通过你的 Apple 账户续订，直至取消。Teleo 不会接触你的支付信息。权益由 Apple（StoreKit）管理；Teleo 仅检查购买或订阅是否有效。

Purchases made on teleo.studio are processed by our online reseller and payment provider Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders: it takes payment, issues the invoice, handles tax, answers payment-related inquiries and processes refunds. For that purpose Paddle collects your billing data (name, email, country, payment details) as its own controller — see https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy and https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. We receive from Paddle only your email, country, currency, amount, plan and subscription status, in order to confirm your purchase and keep records. We never see or store your card details.

Teleo 使用 Google Firebase（Analytics 与 Crashlytics）来了解应用使用情况并发现与修复崩溃，以帮助我们改进 Teleo。通过 Firebase 我们可能收集：

• 使用数据——匿名的聚合事件，例如打开提词器、开始录制、查看升级页或完成购买。我们不记录你脚本或视频的内容。
• 设备与诊断数据——设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、粗略区域、安装级标识符（Firebase installation ID / device vendor identifier）以及崩溃日志/诊断信息。

Teleo 面向一般受众，不会有意收集识别儿童的个人信息。分析与崩溃数据为匿名聚合形式，仅用于运行与改进应用。

你可以随时在 iOS 设置 → Teleo 中更改摄像头、麦克风、语音识别和「照片」权限。关闭某项权限可能会限制录制或 VoiceTrack。

• Legal basis — performance of our contract with you (providing the app, purchases and support); our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the app); your consent where required (analytics, where local law requires it); and legal obligations (tax, accounting and record-keeping).
• Retention — anonymous analytics and crash data: up to 14 months; purchase, subscription and invoicing records: as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 10 years); support correspondence: up to 24 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
• Who we share with — Google (Firebase analytics and crash reporting), Paddle.com (Merchant of Record for purchases made on teleo.studio), Apple (purchases made inside the App Store), our hosting and email providers, professional advisers (legal, accounting), and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
• International transfers — our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EEA, UK and USA, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
• Your rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Write to projects@stanum.us; we reply within one month.
• Security — we use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access control and data minimisation.
