Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any purchase made on teleo.studio — one-time purchases and subscriptions alike. No explanation is required for a change of mind.

Refunds for web purchases are processed by us through our payment provider Stripe. You can:

• visit teleo.studio/support with the email address you used at checkout and request the refund there, or
• email us at projects@stanum.us with your order number or purchase email and we will arrange it with Stripe.

Once approved, the money is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

You can cancel a subscription at any time via teleo.studio/support or by writing to projects@stanum.us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period. A renewal charged in error, or a renewal you did not intend, can also be refunded — just contact us.

Purchases and subscriptions bought inside the Teleo app on iPhone or iPad are billed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles those refunds under its own policy — request them via reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple Account. We are happy to help you with the request: projects@stanum.us.

Purchases and subscriptions bought inside the Teleo app on Android are billed by Google through Google Play. Google handles those refunds under the Google Play refund policy — request them via play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory or the Google Play Help Center (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). You can cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. We are happy to help with this request too: projects@stanum.us.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer. Refund handling for web purchases also follows the Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
