Teleo is provided by Stanum LLC ("we", "us"), trading as Teleo. By using the app or the website you enter into an agreement with Stanum LLC. Questions about these terms: projects@stanum.us.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

By downloading, installing, purchasing or continuing to use Teleo, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and the website. We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

Teleo is a teleprompter and video recording app for iOS and Android (iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets). The core features are free; the free version shows a small banner ad in the script list. The optional Teleo Pro subscription, billed yearly or monthly, unlocks additional features such as 4K recording, pro camera controls, video format options and unlimited scripts, and removes the watermark and ads. The earlier one-time purchase (Teleo Premium / Lifetime), which was only available in the App Store, is no longer sold; people who bought it keep their access. How ads work and what data they use is described in the Advertising section of our Privacy Policy.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Teleo for your own personal or business content creation, within the plan you purchased.

You must not misuse Teleo. In particular, you must not:

• use the app or website for any unlawful purpose, or to produce unlawful content;
• engage in fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights with content you write, record or publish using Teleo;
• interfere with security: distribute malware, probe or scan our systems, bypass technical limits or usage restrictions, scrape or overload the website;
• reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or redistribute the app or any part of it;
• share account credentials or purchase entitlements with people who have not paid for them.

You are responsible for the scripts you write and the videos you record, and for having the rights to any content you input or publish.

Stanum LLC retains all ownership of Teleo and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation, name and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

You retain full ownership of your own scripts and recordings. They stay on your device; we do not host, claim or use them.

Payments on teleo.studio are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Stanum LLC is the seller and Merchant of Record for these orders: we issue the receipt, answer payment questions and process refunds. Stripe carries out the card payment; we never see or store your card details.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, subscription renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics for web purchases are governed by the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled; you can cancel at any time via teleo.studio/support or by contacting us.

Purchases made inside the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple's terms; Apple manages billing, renewals and refunds for those purchases. Purchases made inside the Android app are processed by Google through Google Play and are governed by Google Play's terms; Google manages billing, renewals and refunds for those purchases. An access key bought on teleo.studio works in the Teleo app on iPhone, iPad and Android. We never see or store your card details in any of these cases.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for purchases made on teleo.studio. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.

We work to keep Teleo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance, updates, third-party platform changes or events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Teleo or a paid plan if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay or reverse a payment, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate the acceptable use rules. Where reasonable and lawful we will notify you first.

If your access ends, your scripts and videos remain on your device — they are not stored by us and are not deleted by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teleo is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including statutory consumer rights, which are not affected by these terms.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of Teleo, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of Stanum LLC, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve issues informally first: write to projects@stanum.us.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
