What does $1.99 for the first month mean?
It is the introductory price of the monthly plan: the first month costs $1.99, then $4.99 per month. You can cancel at any time.
Buying on the site, in the App Store or on Google Play — what is the difference?
You get the same Teleo Pro. On the site you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and receive an access key: enter it in Teleo → Settings → Teleo Pro; it works on iPhone, iPad and Android, on up to 5 devices. In the App Store or on Google Play, the store bills your account, and Pro is restored on your devices of the same platform.
How do I cancel?
Bought on the site — on the teleo.studio/support page or by writing to us. Bought in the App Store — in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Bought on Google Play — in the Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases on teleo.studio come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play purchases by Google through Google Play.
Why can the price in the App Store or on Google Play be different?
